Pending the proposed transaction between Walmart International and South Africa’s Massmart, smudge were approached to build an informative website giving information on the proposed deal, as well as facts on Walmart. We designed a website where one could easily find the facts and listen to the opinions of retail executives and independent third-party commentators. Following the positive tribunal decision, the site was constantly updated with the latest news.
