Challenge
Huawei needed to eliminate delays in device pre-orders and manage stock allocation efficiently across various mobile network operators. Their existing ordering and logistics coordination systems were fragmented and lacked real-time visibility and control.
The solution needed to cater for:
- Smudge built a secure, custom web application that integrated seamlessly with Huawei’s ERP and carrier distribution systems.
